Technical decisions before requesting a price.
A clear brief reduces unsuitable bids and later changes. This order helps define collection method, capacity, accessibility and installation before tender documents are written.
Six decisions that define the right system.
Collection method and vehicle
Confirm whether collection uses double hook, Kinshofer, bilateral handling or another existing fleet. Compatibility determines the product variant before capacity.
Capacity and streams
Define each location's waste streams, collection interval and seasonal load. City.Bin offers 2,100, 2,800 and 3,600 l; Under.Bin 3,000 and 4,500 l.
Accessibility
Assess opening height, lid force, approach route and wheelchair turning space. Under.Bin opens at 900 mm; City.Bin's lower opening edge is no higher than 1,200 mm.
Installation and surface
For surface products, define anchoring and collection-vehicle access. For underground systems include excavation, drainage, lifting and paving reinstatement.
Maintenance and lifecycle
Describe replaceable components, cleaning, leachate retention, corrosion resistance and spare-part availability. Link polyethylene benefits to a concrete maintenance regime.
Documents and compliance
Specify model, dimensional table, standards, materials, colour, openings, graphics, accessories and evidence. Use the downloadable technical sheets as a starting point.
Describe the location and collection need.
We will respond with a suitable product selection, clarifying questions and technical material. Pricing is based on project volume, configuration and logistics.
